Q: Is sample available?
A: Yes, sample is available, but our company rules the samples cost and the freight will be paid by our customers.

Q: How to place OEM order to us?
A: First, please view our website and click the link to inform our service people what product you are interested in. Our people will offer you more information that may be helpful for you.

Second, please confirm the order with our service people.

Then, we will start to produce once getting your deposit. And we will keep you informed any problem during the production. We will inform you to pay the rest payment when the order is ready to ship.

Q: How much is shipping？
A: 1. Order details: Model + Size + Color + Quantity ( For example: LW101 15cm 003 10pcs )
2. Shipping info : Address + post code + Tel number
3. Mode of shipping: Air, sea, express or forwarder or others.
